We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

8.     International data transfers

a.      Cathmere is based in the United States, and the Sites are hosted and operated there. If you access the Sites from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States and potentially other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10.   How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.   Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information.

a.      If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to: access your information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

b.      If you are a California resident, under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; access and delete your information; correct inaccurate information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or "share" (as defined under the CPRA) your personal information.

c.      If you are a resident Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other states in the US, you may have similar rights.
