Cathmere
building the verification infrastructure that replaces trust
Cathmere is a US fintech company that was spun out of AAFC, and is emerging from stealth mode during 2026. Originated in the US and the African Continent, with a presence in the UK, Cathmere will soon be expanding originator and investor-facing operations in the EU, the Middle East, Singapore, and Hong Kong, supported by technical integration teams across key markets.
Cathmere works with intermediary banks, wealth management platforms, financial advisors and gatekeepers to reach both institutional and accredited retail investors through a collaborative, fee-sharing model that is accretive to our partners. Cathmere also works with auditors, processing banks, lawyers, trustees, collateral agents, exchanges and tokenization platforms, connecting them to the CQR platform, and helping them grow their business.
Cathmere is actively working with OEMs to integrate its systems with their telematics platforms, streamlining asset data flows for financing and securitization. Cathmere expects to formally launch operations with its first issuance later this year.
Cathmere is majority-owned by its founding team. Until now, Cathmere is funded with a SAFE from Roha/Rifin and from its founding CEO. We are in conversations with investors who are interested in participating in our next phase of growth and value creation.
